Order Cancellation
Please contact us in any of the following ways:
1. Please fill out the form below and we will review the refund to your account within 1 working days.
2. Please email customer service at support@stunahome.com .Orders are able to be canceled ONLY before shipping. Please contact our customer service within 24 hrs after submitting your order with these info: Order number & Cancellation request with a picture/screenshot of the product(s) from our website, if necessary.
To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service. The cancellation notification will be emailed to you.
Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 10-30 business days to process.
Once an order is canceled, we cannot undo this. You will need to place a new order yourself once you still want the product(s).

*All Stunahome products are shipped from China with an average delivery time of 10-15 days. If you don't see our delivery time when you place your order and are not willing to wait 10-15 days for delivery, please contact us. We will be more than happy to send you a full refund. (Only for orders with items not shipped)
